A case report of ectopic pregnant patient that occur in treatment for infertility

Abstract
|
|
|
We reported a case of ectopic pregnant patient who has abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB) like menses. If the infertile patient complain abnormal bleeding or abdominal pain during in treatment period, we have to study sonogram and urine hCG or serum β-hCG as a routine diagnostic course. And that is the same in clinical course of AUB, amenorrhea and pelvic pain. Because ectopic pregnancy is common cause of those diseases. And it must be ruled-out.
We hope more progressive research which elucidate korean herbal medicinal treatment that have hormonal effect and electric acupuncture therapy that applied pelvic portion in early fertilization time may give rise ectopic pregnance.
